SARA & LUDOVICO’S WEDDING AT VILLA PICCOLOMINI

Let us show you this beautiful destination wedding at Villa Piccolomini, in Rome.
Ludovico chose his city, Rome, to marry Sara, who is American, on a cloudy summer day.
The guests were amazed by the elegance of the venue, Villa Piccolomini, and its exclusive view above Saint Peter’s dome.

Sara prepared and wore her romantic wedding gown, a bodice with embroidered lace and a a cloud-like tulle skirt, in the salons of the villa, the perfect scenario for some portraits!

CEREMONY

For the ceremony, they exchanged the vows in the beautiful garden of the villa. Ludovico was accompanied by his groomsmen, while Sara walked down the aisle on her father’s arm.
They read their vows in an intimate atmosphere. Ludovico got emotional and shedding sincere tears while listening to Sara’s words.
Once pronounced Mr & Mrs, the rice toss closed the ceremony. We then had the chance to take some couple photos in the garden.

DINNER AND PARTY

The reception on the terrace was so romantic, lit under a thousand golden lights with a table white set up, and the view on St Peter’s dome was the best backdrop.
The newly weds were moved when listening to their friends’ speeches during the dinner, with so many loving but also funny memories to share with all their guests.
After the dinner, it was time for a stunning four-tier cake! Same white flowers from the bride’s bouquet were also decorations for the cake. The cake cutting and the toast signed the start to the wedding party, as bride and groom joined their friends and family to dance the night away to the rhythm of music.
A super cute moment of this wedding at Villa Piccolomini? when, by surprise, Ludovico took the stage to sing a special song for his beloved Sara, and it was the best gift for her!
